Florida Fish Art Contest invites K-12 students to showcase creativity

Young artists across Florida are being invited to dive into the state’s freshwater and saltwater ecosystems through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s annual Fish Art Contest.Students can submit entries through Feb. 28, 2027. Students, parents, and teachers can find the list of eligible species, educational resources, entry requirements, and the online submission form here.Participants must choose a native Florida fish from the FWC’s approved species list, research the animal and create an original, handmade two-dimensional piece of artwork.
